When I first began researching the carpet cleaning business as
a possible business venture, I put in countless hours doing
research on carpet cleaning products and equipment that would
deliver top notch results in every carpet cleaning situation.

I also attended many classes sponsored by the Institute of
inspection, cleaning and restoration on various carpet and
upholstery cleaning topics.

It was and still is my goal to deliver a WOW! experience on

very little advertising for new business because my customers
