Precision Steam Cleaning is a small family operated business based in rural Chatham county. My Wife and I reside in the northern part of Chatham county in a small mill village called Bynum which is located close to Jordan lake. Being located here allows me to serve many areas which are just a short drive away including Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Apex, Cary, Durham, Hillsborough, Mebane, Siler city, Sanford and a few other areas. Although I spent my school years in Durham close to RTP, I have always considered Bynum my home because I spent many weekends here as a boy growing up. About 7 years ago I had the chance to restore and move into my Grandparents old house in Bynum, where we now live with our little girl whom we adopted from China in 2005. My wife and I are waiting now for our second little girl from China. The way of life in Bynum is a slower pace, in which people are still taught the old town values and ways of treating other people. To this day I still let those values that Grandpa taught me be a huge influence in the way I run my business. Each customer will be treated with respect, and given a great job at a reasonable price. Before I entered this business I had the opportunity to learn alot about customer service by working as an HVAC service tech for several years and then going on to be a vending and fountain equipment technician for Pepsi Cola. I later left that occupation to start my own business as a chimney sweep. After doing this for 5 years I started looking into other options that were a little cleaner and would provide me with a year round income. After doing tons of research and attending hours of training on all aspects of carpet and rug care I entered the carpet cleaning field full time. About a year later I expanded into tile cleaning because of the demand for the service. I absolutely love my work and getting out and meeting customers and making their homes a better place to live. We believe in taking our time and doing the job right the first time and doing all that we can to deliver top notch results so that when we leave your home we are proud to put our name on the job.
